About the Electronics and Communications Engineering Program
The Electronics and Communications Engineering Program aims to prepare a scientifically and professionally distinguished graduate capable of scientific research, creativity and innovation in the fields of design and development of modern electronics and communications systems, which qualifies him to compete in the local, regional and international labor market and contribute to the development and service of society through:
Preparing students of the program to be competent engineers capable of designing, analyzing and practicing the fields of electronics and communications engineering and providing them with knowledge and understanding of current theories and developments in these fields.
Prepare students to analyze and design various electronic systems that include self-testing and repairing electronic systems as well as learning about different technologies for manufacturing electronic chips.
Prepare students to design, operate, and maintain digital, analog, and mobile communications systems as well as information security systems.
Enhance students' understanding of engineering management processes and provide awareness of the economic, social and environmental issues facing electronics and communications engineers.
