Special congratulations to Helwan College of Engineering
We are pleased to congratulate our beloved Faculty of Engineering in Helwan on this achievement of receiving six scientific research awards from Helwan University based on the decision of the University Council!
Achievements worthy of pride:
The college received the third place in the award for the most published colleges during 2023.
The Department of Biomedical Engineering received the third place in the award for the most published departments during 2023.
Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed Attia Al-Maslawi (Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Dean of the College) received the first place in the Excellence Award in obtaining external funding for research projects during 2023.
Prof. Dr. Hassan Fouad El-Sayed (Professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering) was awarded third place in the Most Published Researchers Award in 2023.
Dr. Fatima Abdul-Latif Hashem (Lecturer at the Department of Biomedical Engineering) was awarded the fifth place in the Most Published Researchers Award in 2023.
Dr. Shaimaa Ibrahim Sayed Mohamed (Lecturer at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering) won the second place in the Research Excellence Award for PhD graduate students.
We extend our congratulations and appreciation to Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Maslawi, Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Al-Maslawi, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and the heads of the scientific departments for their wise leadership and sincere efforts that contributed to this distinction.
