This is done by relying on distinguished human competencies, sufficient material resources, and effective systems and mechanisms for measuring and evaluating performance to ensure that the college is highly competitive in the educational, research and community services it provides

Objectives

 1- Spreading the culture of quality and accreditation among faculty members and their assistants, members of the administrative staff, employees and students of the college.

2- Developing the skills of faculty members, assistants and staff on the requirements and mechanisms of quality assurance.

3- Establishing a clear quality system at the college that aims to raise the level of educational services provided by the faculty members in order to reach the college graduate to a distinguished level commensurate with the standards and achieve the mission of the college.

4- Comprehensive performance evaluation through an integrated and accurate diagnosis of the current situation.

 

5- Preparing the college to fulfill the requirements and standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation.

6- Establishing policies, rules and procedures for continuous development and qualification for accreditation.

Unit tasks

 

1- Contributing with the college administration in achieving its mission and strategic goals through studying the evaluation and development of performance and improving the quality of the educational process.

 

2- Spreading the culture of quality among faculty members, assistants, students and workers.

 

3- Preparing and implementing workshops and training courses that contribute to the application of internal quality mechanisms and the professional development of faculty members.

 

4- Designing and preparing questionnaires and tools for evaluation.

 

5- Launching, receiving and analyzing questionnaires and sending the results to scientific departments and specialists.

 

6- Evaluating the educational process by measuring the performance indicators of the inputs and outputs of the educational process (faculty - students - graduates - workers .....)

 

7- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the study programs and the possibilities offered by the college and make proposals to overcome them and develop implementation plans.

 

8- Review and save the description and reports of programs and courses.

 

9- Preparing the annual report or self-study of the college.

 

10- Create and maintain integrated databases for human and material resources.
